Who we hire
Roles at the plant and yard
We hire across the operation year-round. One application covers them all.
Plant Operator
Run the hot-mix plant and controls, holding mix to spec load after load.
Loader Operator
Feed the plant from the stockpiles and load trucks at the scale.
CDL Haul Driver
Haul aggregate and hot mix to jobs across the metro.
QC / Lab Technician
Test gradation and AC content, and verify temperatures at the drum.
Mechanic / Oiler
Keep the plant and fleet running with preventive maintenance and repair.
Yard / Ground Labor
Stockpile work, cleanup, and plant support. No experience required.
What it takes
The basics for every role
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to perform strenuous physical labor for long hours
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
